Billable Rates

EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2026

For projects that require attention beyond standard property maintenance, there may be a fee applied to account for staff time. Equipment and supplies may be billed additionally.

Rates for after-hours and emergency response:
Principal: $500/hr
Manager: $300/hr
Facilities/Accounting: $150/hr
Clerical: $75/hr

Standard Rates for non-emergency/weekday response:
Principal: $500/hr
Manager: $300/hr
Accounting: $100/hr
Facilities: $85/hr
Clerical: $60/hr
