LEASING FEE POLICY PAID TO BROKERS

Unless negotiated otherwise, Rossi Enterprises will pay a leasing fee equal to 2.5% of the net lease value, maximum five year term.

No Fees will be paid on options.

Fees are paid within 30-days from the commencement of lease payments.
